[Recruitment background] Later, we decided to recruit specialized staff to further strengthen the dispatch of foreign engineers (especially Filipinos).
[About the company]
Since the establishment of the company in 1979, we have been developing the human resources business specializing in the plant engineering industry. With offices in Kobe and Yokohama, we have a large number of dispatch records to major companies in the industry. Currently, we are a small company with 70 to 80 temporary staff, but recently we are also focusing on hiring foreigners for globalization.
All sales are from former engineers. We have the "technical ability" to accurately judge the technical needs and requirements of clients. In addition, because we specialize in the plant industry, our strength is the know-how, knowledge, and experience that large-scale department store-type human resources companies cannot have.
The household is not so big, so it's family-like, but I think it's a surprisingly refreshing corporate culture. Basically, it is a form that the company supports well while respecting the individual. It is such a company that you can talk with each other without hesitation while maintaining a good sense of distance.
